Quaint little studio with lots of old-world character. This one-room studio has original hardwood floors, heavy wood ceiling beams and 1930's tile work in the bathroom. The apartment looks down on 59th street, which for the summer months between May and November, hosts the Kegels Beer Garden on the street! We're one of the last Authentic German restaurants and Inn's left in country and the studio apartment is right above it! We hope you love this place as much as we do! The space Apt #3 is a well-appointed stand alone studio located on the second floor above the Most Authentic German Restaurant in Milwaukee: Kegels Inn. Located in the heart of West Allis, Kegel's Inn has great freeway access and sits only 6 miles from the Lakefront and Downtown Milwaukee. Close to lots of amenities, the property is also centrally located just minutes from Miller Park for Brewer games, Wisconsin State Fair, Pettit National Ice Center, Milwaukee County Zoo, Harley Davidson, and the VA Hospital. We get a fair amount of people in the summer who join us for the Beer Garden on 59th Street and then walk to the Brewer's game! Guest access Guests will have the room completely to yourself. A Roku TV, access free Wi-fi as well as free overnight parking in the parking lot. Other things to note Don't forget downstairs is one of the Best German Restaurants in the region with some of the best Duck we've ever had, ANYWHERE! Plus, you; find plenty of friendly faces as Kegel's Inn has been the locals' go-to destination for authentic German cuisine and continues to top the charts as one of the best places to catch a Friday Fish Fry in Milwaukee.
