The unit is directly on the beach with tremendous views. It is in a 10 story building, with the unit being on the 10th floor. Unit has direct westerly views from your own private balcony, and features direct access to the beach. There is a very nice restaurant downstairs called Sunset Grill (we have provided menus with the pictures of the unit). Everything you need (including beach chairs, towels, cooler, and toys) is provided to make your stay simple. There simply is not a better view! The space The Renovation is complete!! Residents of Naples, (and owners of unit 906 directly below), Michael and Rhonda Sammons present this unbelievable 5 star beach front condo Apollo Unit 1006 is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath 10th floor center unit with a 100% private balcony. The condo is located in the Apollo Condos directly on Marco Beach. ONLY the center units in the Apollo complex offer complete privacy, the other units balcony's are exposed to the unit next door to you. The unit is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available weekly or monthly. We always rent SATURDAY - SATURDAY from January to mid April (in season). From mid April to December we allow rentals on any day with a minimum of a 3-4 day stay. We manage our own rental (so we have no rental agency charges) and we charge the lowest rates for 1 week rentals directly on Marco Island Beach. High speed internet and cable TV in the living room and the bedroom is included for free. The laundry room is 20 feet from your unit for convenience. The unobstructed view from the private balcony is simply breath taking. Located on the south end of the Island at 900 S. collier Blvd. @ ¾ south of the JW Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door that opens up fully to warm ocean breezes. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is simply spectacular. You are directly on the beach for easy access and the complex has direct beach access. The bedroom has a king-size bed, tiled floors and new furniture. and there is 1 queen sleeper/sofa in the living room. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven/microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and everything you will need to make your vacation perfect. The unit is equipped with HIGH SPEED Internet, 2 TVs / DVD player, all linens, bath towels, 6' thick beach towels, beach chairs and beach cooler (along with a beach cart to bring all the toys to the beach). The unit has a private balcony with table and chairs to view the stunning sunsets. The Apollo condo complex has a huge heated pool, Hot Tub, work out room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the SunSet Grill an elevator ride from your unit. The bar has great drink specials and was voted best happy hour on Marco Island Florida. Within less than a 1/2 mile walk are over 40 restaurants/bars and numerous shop and stores for exploring. PLEASE NOTE There is a mandatory $45 parking fee. The parking lot is gated and the only way in and out is with a special tag that activates the gate. In addition, there will also be a $75 deposit for this tag. This deposit will be refunded through the association at the end of your stay!
