The open layout includes a king bed, Smart TV, small dining table that doubles as a workspace, fast Wi-Fi, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and in-unit laundry. Guests also enjoy a private fenced yard with outdoor seating and a grassy area. Near the University of Redlands, parks, hospitals, and regional employers, it suits professionals, students, relocation guests, and couples. The space The Juniper Suite is a private, single-story studio designed for up to two guests. The sleeping, living, dining, and kitchen areas are arranged within one open space. Outdoor Area Guests have a private fenced backyard that is separate from the neighboring unit. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire studio, its separate entrance, and the fenced backyard assigned to the unit. Self check-in is available through a keyless smart lock. The front entry gate code is 2019. A separate code for the rear gate between the two yards will be provided before arrival. Guests do not have access to the garage or the neighboring residence and yard. Street parking is available throughout the cul-de-sac. Please do not park on the right side of the property in front of the mailboxes. Other things to note Available for short stays and 30+ day stays. The unit is a private studio attached to or located beside another residence. The entrance and fenced backyard are separate from the neighboring unit. There are no shared indoor guest spaces. The studio has a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. The sleeping, dining, workspace, and living areas share one open room. The unit does not include access to the garage. Street parking is available, but guests must not block the mailboxes on the right side of the property. The charcoal BBQ is available; charcoal may be delivered for an additional fee with advance notice. An exterior security camera is located at the front door. It monitors the exterior entrance only and does not record inside the unit. The front gate code is 2019. The rear gate code will be provided before arrival. Approximately one week of toiletries, laundry supplies, paper products, starter coffee, and basic kitchen essentials is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items during longer stays. Government-issued identification and a signed rental agreement may be required before check-in. Quiet hours and respectful use of the private yard are expected due to the neighboring residence.
