Renovated House Steps Away From The Ocean

STEPS AWAY FROM LAUREL BEACH. Across the street, you will have access to the beach. Whole house, 2 Stories. 3 bed rooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Dining area, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area on the first floor. Fire pit on the back deck. Completely renovated. Self check in. There is a Ring security camera outside of the house for security purposes. YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE. The space This house was recently completely renovated in 2020. 3 stories, the first floor consists of an open layout from the living room to the dining area. The kitchen to the left of the dining area. Laundry set up is right next to the back entrance leading to the back patio and yard. There is a bathroom on 1st and 2nd floor. The second floor is where the three bedrooms are. The attic was finished where you will find the 4th bedroom with a twin size bed. The steps to access this room are steep so please be careful if you plan to use that room. 70” Smart TV, WiFi allows access to Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, and etc. TV stand has a built in gas fireplace. Real Italian leather couch. On the deck in the back, enjoy the propane fire pit. We provide napkins, not paper towels at our properties. Please feel free to bring paper towels if it is a necessity for you. Since the cost has gone up with inflation, it costs a lot to keep paper towels stocked at all of our properties. Although it is not an amenity listed or required by Air Bnb, I would like to notify guests just in case it’s expected. Thank you so much for your understanding. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and back yard. Other things to note Please keep in mind there is 1 parking space available for parking in the driveway. At the moment we do not have someone to refill propane tanks. However, if it’s empty during your stay - please let us know and we will reimburse for refilling.
