The space Wide open living style with a nautical flair and room for all to gather in the same space. Completely modern kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, water and ice cube dispenser, farm sink with granite countertops. Our full kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, wine glasses and other details for you to create a delicious meal. We also have coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer and a BBQ grill with utensils available for use. Our kitchen table is spacious and seats 10 comfortably. New mattresses, bedding, linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels provided. Custom bathroom with multiple shower heads and hand help spray wand. 58” Smart TV and free Wi-Fi throughout for all your devices. Our heating and air conditioning system draws fresh air from the outside and we change our furnace AC filter with each customer. We do not use an outside source to clean, our family personally cleans and sanitizes to be sure it is up to our high standards. We have an open air covered porch and outside tables, chairs, and umbrellas for you to enjoy the outdoors. Lake Geneva offers an unlimited number of fun things to do, from water sports and renting a boat to zip lining. There is something to satisfy every age and desire. Lake Geneva is famous for its 26-mile lake path where you can view the many historical mansions from Wrigley’s to Rockefeller's. If an early morning walk on the path with a cup of coffee is your thing, great! If walking is not your thing then hop aboard one of our tour boats at Rivera Pier and view the beautiful homes by water. You can order groceries from our local stores and have them delivered. We will present you with a detailed list of things to do when you arrive for your stay. Guest access Complete first floor of home with private, separate, entrances. Custom brick ramp for wheel chairs, strollers or people who have difficulty with stairs make it an easy access to the unit. Other things to note If you want to be in the action of Lake Geneva we have lawn tables with umbrellas and chairs out front for your convenience. If you prefer more privacy, we have a large brick patio in back with a water feature, tables, chairs and umbrellas. We also have a gas grill with utensils for you to use. Please no smoking or vaping inside and no pets allowed.
