Treetop Living at its finest. This well maintained cabin sits on 3/4 acres ready for your exploration. This bright open concept 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental enjoys amazing views of the local mountain peaks. Living spaces and bedrooms are on separate floors. Two large covered decks, one on each level offers great views. Wood ceilings and mountain decor bring outdoor living indoors. Neat, clean and ready for your downtime! The space Living spaces on the top level and both bathrooms are on the bottom floor. New upgraded patio furniture on upper deck. Limit seating on the bottom deck, (for now). With a small fenced yard for pets. Guest access Entire house excluding locked basement is open for guests. Other things to note For stays of 30 days or longer bi weekly light cleaning/ inspection is required. Guest doesn't need to be present for this. For stays for 2 weeks or longer cleaners will perform weekly trash pickup. Cleaning fee is $140/month. This includes a monthly full clean and semi-monthly light cleaning. Pets, (Dogs only), are allowed but guests must be very considerate; no accidents, no damage, no poop and help in managing pet hair. We have a pet hair clean up tool that we ask guests to use on the furniture before they leave. There is no pet fee for up to 2 dogs. Please contact us if you would like to stay with more than two dogs. More pets could incur a $30 fee. We ask that pet owners bring their own blankets/coverings to put on the couches/beds. We provide "doggy bags" outside to aide in cleanup and ask all leavings are cleaned before departure. Roads are plowed but 4x4 vehicle or chains might be required to reach the property during snowy/icy conditions. There are two main roads to the Cabin. One is the 243 from the I-10 freeway. The other is the 74 through Mountain Center. Check the Caltrans road conditions link or 800 number for the latest info. EV charging is 15/day. Please notify us that you plan to charge your EV while you're on the property. Do not charge between 4pm & 9pm as electric rates are three times higher during this time frame. The daily fee doubles for charging during this time. Failure to notify us prior to charging or charging between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. will result in a maximum four-star rating of the "following house rules" portion of the guests' review. During the winter months we have a driveway snow clearing service. This is an additional fee of $80. please let us know the day before to have the driveway ready for your arrival.
