Description
Large detached Guesthouse (Formerly an art studio with large roll up door, bold design & lots of flare). Has a private patio, private firepit & cabana style courtyard area. Brightly lit rooms, high ceilings & french doors for a relaxing retreat. Just min from TMC (Tucson Medical Center) & 8 min from Banner UMC & University of AZ. Guesthouse has parking on the left side of the driveway and on the quiet neighborhood street. Friendly dogs and cats in carriers are welcome. Free Washer/dryer avl. The space Go through the rusty metal fence, past the main house and through the courtyard to the guesthouse. Enter into the sitting / dining room with two lazy boy recliners, lots of reading and games provided. Small cafe style table and chairs, brightly lit room with high ceilings and french doors. Through the doors to the small stocked kitchen, with most everything you need. Then swing left into the spacious bedroom area. Lots of drawer space, a small clothing rack, and Smart TV. Shared washer and dryer is in courtyard area. (3rd GUEST - there is a single twin memory foam mattress available in the corner for a possible 3rd guest. Sheets and a pillow in the basket nearby) Guest access We have a lockbox outside the door and will provide codes for entry a day or two ahead of the day you are staying. (sometimes if traveling and need that code early we can provide one). Other things to note The front house tenant has two cats that may greet you. Please do not let them out of the gate. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet a head of time so we can make arrangements to let the tenant know.
