The space We have placed instructions on how to operate all of the cool features of our home to create an easy-going stay for you. If any of your questions are not clearly answered, you have the ability to message us anytime through the Airbnb app. You will have full use of the 4 smart Fire TV’s throughout the home, one in each room and living space. Each sleeping area has plugs and dedicated USB power chargers easily accessible on the bed-side. The Washer/Dryer will be available for your use if desired with all the necessary items. Basic snacks, coffee items, and much more will be readily awaiting your arrival! You will have your complete privacy during your stay, and if you need anything we are not far if needed. Back Patio has comfortable seating and table for 6, and additional chairs are available if needed in the game room. Outside you can grill up some food, or play Corn-Hole, or relax in the hot tub - all available for your leisure! WiFi, Netflix, and smart TV’s with services of your choice are all available for your use. 10-in-1 Combination Multi Game Table with Billiards, Push Hockey, Foosball, Ping Pong, and More gives you the ability to play as much as you want during your stay! Professional style octagon POKER TABLE with all you need to play poker comfortably with 8 people during your stay! If you plan to spend the day playing sports we've got you covered! We have supplied a cleat scrubber out front so you can get all that pesky dirt and mud off. Garage will be accessible during your stay, and you may keep up to 2 normal-sized cars inside. We do not supply the garage door openers, but you may open and close to park in the garage with the button inside. The home is not currently lived in and is solely for travelers, but has a fully stocked Kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates/bowls, glasses, cups, and cooking utensils you could need.   Dog-friendly home! Feel free to request a spot for your furry friend at this home, fees apply. General cleaning supplies will be available in the event you need to clean something up. Guest access The entire home, backyard, and garage will be available to guests fully for their use. Other things to note Pets Allowed with the exception of cats. NO cats allowed. Limit of 2 (two) dogs per reservation, 20 lbs. or less each are welcome. Any pets that will be brought into the home will need to be specifically requested, and listed before/after reservation. Pets are an additional $30 per pet, per night. Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand. We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for a same-day check in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows: - Early Check-in (under 2 hours) = $35 - Early Check-in (over 2 hours) = $70 - Late Check-out (under 2 hours) = $75 - Late Check-out (over 2 hours) = $125
