Over 4000 sq feet of European luxury, Antiques and Art. Very close to outlet mall, antique and unique shopping, Busch gardens, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Tampa, Busch Gardens, Trendy Seminole Heights, St. Petersburg, and only 1 1/2 hours to Orlando. Guest access Guests have full access to the first 2 floors of the house. The third floor contains the owner's personal effects and is not accessible. The guests have full access to the home, wood burning fire place, laundry facilities in the garage, kitchen, dining, living, private indoor pool/spa heated for additional fee of $100 per day and elevator if needed. Also the back, lakeside Terrace and gas grille. Paradise Lakes Resort is a CLOTHING OPTIONAL resort, and available to guests at a separate fee for use of their facilities. Other things to note There is an elevator on site but its usage would be best used only if needed. This is a large multi level property so AC must stay around 72-74 to operate optimally. The extra fee for the Heating of the Pool and Spa is as follows, Spa use $45.00 per day Heated Pool, $85.00 per day, and Both for only $110.00 per day.
