No pets allowed to ensure an allergy-friendly space for all guests The space The Picasso Sun is so close to the middle of Seaside that you can almost throw a rock from our rooftop and hit the center. Enjoy ROOF TOP lounging drinking your coffee while watching the sun rise and you have 360 degree views of Seaside and a great view is the Gulf of Mexico. Then when you step outside of this adorable one bedroom unit, and down the stairs, you can easily be at restaurants and shops within 2 minutes You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the comfy bed, and the outdoor space. If you are looking for a large space, this is not for you. The Picasso Sun is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. More than 2 people in your party?.. the Picasso Sun is not the space, but I have my Picasso Moon or my Picasso Roost which accommodates 4 Guest access This is a separate one bedroom apartment with full bath and access is private from outdoor staircase. We do not have any "private" area for this unit, but the rooftop (which is over 1400 sq. ft, ) gives you super views of the Gulf of Mexico, and Seaside and we have chairs, and tables, and chaise lounges for your use. Other things to note Although we supply you with linens, we ask that you provide your own beach towels or beach blankets and beach supplies... We would rather guests not take our linens out of the unit. We are not pet friendly. We have no designated parking during the off season, which is from November through March. However, there is parking on the street always within walking distance to the unit.. From March till the end of Oct , Seaside does have paid designated parking, which you can message me to find out the details.
