The property features over 60 fruit trees and a few pets—giving it a peaceful, country feel. The fully fenced property offers privacy and security with a gated entrance and code. We can accommodate up to two vehicles. We are near the heart of Placerville. We’re animal lovers and welcome your well-behaved pets. The space Queen bed, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, and a microwave. Coffee, tea, hot choc. and cream provided. Indoor and outdoor seating. Unique decorations reflecting our towns history. Guest access Gated property for private and secure parking. Lots of places to explore on the property, say hi to the chickens or just relax out on the patio. Other things to note Well behaved pets are welcome with advanced notice. Please do not leave your pet alone in the space or let pet on the furniture. We will provide a water bowl and biodegradable bags for your pet waste. Thank you for keeping our property "dookie free".
