Yard is completely fenced in. Gate to the water and to the driveway. Cottage is a wonderful old fashion cottage right on the water but with all new appliances and updates but kept it’s old cottage charm! The lake is beautiful. Come enjoy time making s'mores, day tripping or just swimming, fishing and relaxing with nature. Check in any time after 5:00pm (self check in) and check out by 3:00 pm. Sorry no early check ins. No smoking or animals. (Health concern) 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 kids. (2 full beds and 1 air mattress) Propane grill- we provide propane. Wear life jackets provided. Harvey Lake WIFI speed 1gb. Guest access Guests have access to whole cottage, yard and dock! Other things to note Rental is for up to 4 guests over night, (or family of 5 if using twin air mattress for one child ) Please no extras. No events/parties/gatherings. If having friends/family over no more than 4 extra guest for the day. Please park cars in driveway. No smoking. No candles. No fireworks. No animals. (Health concern for cleaner) Wear life jackets provided. No diving or jumping off dock. Water not deep enough at dock. Lake floor does drop off more a bit more out. Life jackets provided for boating and swimming. *NH lakes at times can test for high levels of bacteria, this doesn’t happen often but at times it does. Unfortunately, it is a circumstance that is out of our control, same as rainy days at the lake. No refunds will be given but if this happens, we know you will still enjoy our amazing cottage and boating.
