This studio may only be 300 sq. feet, but it has everything you need, and more! Everything is brand new, including the apartment, and ready for you! A comfortable queen bed, couch, and a mini kitchen with everything you can think of. The closet has lots of shelving and plenty of hanging space. The bathroom is fully stocked and we’ve also included a desk area to use as needed. There is a 46” smart TV that swivels for convenient viewing from either the bed or the couch. WiFi is of course included and the TV comes with Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure. Outside you have a private corner area with chairs and a swing as well as a fire pit and wood for when weather permits. There is a patio area that has seating as well as a propane grill for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked, but if there is something in particular you are needing that isn’t already included, we will be happy to get that to you ASAP. If anything is needed for children (I.e. pack n play or high chair) simply request these items before your visit and they will be waiting for you upon arrival...We want you to feel comfortable and right at home when you stay with us. Extra blankets and pillows, TP, paper towels, soap, plenty of bath towels, alarm clock, sound machine, games, iron, blow dryer, etc have been provided to help make your packing lighter and your stay simply perfect! The studio apartment has been built on to the backside of our garage. We do live on the premises, but interaction is infrequent. Guests have their own parking spot as well as the side gate entrance to the apartment. The door is equipped with a key code that will be assigned to you before your stay and allow you to check in with ease. A back patio and yard area is for guests only. We are on the premises and can be reached by cell if needed for any reason, but the apartment has its own parking, entrance, and back yard space to allow our guests their privacy. We are located in a beautiful, established neighborhood, in the middle of Conway. It is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, and within a 5 minute drive to Hendrix, UCA, and CBC. You could bike to many locations around Conway, but a car is highly recommended. There are a few taxis in town, but rather hard to come by. While the apartment does not have a washer or dryer, if you are staying for an extended amount of time, or something comes up, laundry services can be arranged. The studio apartment does not have a dishwasher, but is fully stocked with paper products for your convenience, as well as glass and plastic if you don’t mind a few dishes.
