This spacious bedroom (queen+twin beds with memory foam mattress) on the 2nd floor of our recently renovated home in Cedar Park neighborhood. The room can accommodate 3 people ($10 extra fee for 3rd person). This room offers an ideal retreat for UPenn students /families, visitors as well as professional/medical guests visiting Penn medical campus, Presbyterian, CHOP, HUP. The common areas (living-room/ kitchen, shared bathroom) will be shared with other guests. Please note there is NO LAUNDRY. The space There are 7 bedrooms in this house. We live in the house right behind this house and can give you immediate assistance should you need us. My husband works at Penn hospital and CHOP which is 25 min walk from here. The inspirations of this house come from the energetic and youthful vibe of Spruce Hill / Cedar park neighborhood. The majority of the residents in our neighborhood are college students/ faculty and staff working at UPenn and University of Sciences. Whether you are future UPenn students , families or visitors , we would welcome you and would love to give your recommendations of places to see and dine around the neighborhood . Guest access Instruction on how to gain access to the house and the bedroom will be visible on the Airbnb app on the day of your check-in. During your stay Guest can have as much or as little interactions with us as they prefer. We live in this house as well so if there is any thing that we can provide to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know Other things to note 1./ STRICTLY A SMOKE FREE HOME. Please do NOT smoke within 25 feet of the main entrance (including e-cigarette, chewing tobacco , weeds, vaping ...) 2./ We don't wear shoes in the house. REMOVE YOUR SHOES at the entrance, you can leave the SHOES on the SHOES RACK. 3./ NO OUTSIDE VISITORS allowed (only the people on the reservation may enter the house) . 4./ To provide us and our guests with peace of mind, we hereby disclose the use of CAMERAS in house.
