Please take a look at our “Surf Casa, Rosarito” video to see this rail. If you were willing to take the responsibility to keep your children safe, then I would allow you to bring children under two. ☐ NOISE CURFEW: This is a family neighborhood. Please have a great time while respecting the neighbors. There is a noise curfew that starts at 10:00 PM. ☐ SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY: ☐ PETS: Qualified service and emotional support dogs only. No pets. I would welcome you and your service dog as long as you have the proper documentation for your animal and following the ADA Requirements for Service Animals. After 45 years of being in the business of Training Competition Obedience dogs, agility training, working with the Denver Colorado Hearing dog program & owning and running a 120 cat and dog boarding kennel, I am well versed in the service dog and emotional support program and requirements. I also was a Golden Retriever and Labrador Retriever breeder, with several of my puppies going into service dog programs throughout the United States and Canada. I retired and now am here in Rosarito. For the Denver hearing dog program, I did placement valuations, progress interviews once a dog was placed, and retraining of handler and dog. There are many ADA requirements, but only two that are important to me for the rental of my home. I'm sure you have seen and understand these rules. A Service Animal must be under the control of its handler. Under the ADA Requirements: Service Animals, must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. (They will not be off leash running or swimming at the beach) If a business such as a hotel normally charges guests for damage that they cause, a customer with a disability may also be charged for damage caused by himself or his service animal. (There will be a $150 refundable damage deposit per dog. If there is no damage to the home, the deposit will be refunded within 1 week.) After you have made your reservation, I will provide a form for you to fill out. It includes things such as vaccination records, name of the animal's trainer and the organization name that trained your animal. Their phone number and address. This will be easy for you to provide from their certification packets. What tasks or functions does your animal perform for you? What has the animal been trained to do for you? If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. After you have made your reservation booking, I will follow through with the form for you to fill out. ☐ NO BEDDING ON BEACH: *********************************************************** # 2. You will not be able to get into the community without a Parking Pass. If you have friends or family that will be visiting you while you are here, they will need to park up next to the Community Gate. I would suggest that the owner of the car, tip the Night Guard, a dollar or two each day to watch their car. This is not required, but it's always nice to have somebody watching out for your car. I've never had any problems with parking cars up at the gate. It is common down here for the guards at a gate to ask you for your driver’s license. They will keep it and give you the community pass, in exchange. Most people find this surprising, but this is how they do it down here. When you leave the community, you will give them back their pass and get your driver’s license back. I have heard that sometimes people will take a photocopy of their driver’s license and give them that instead of their original driver’s license. You can attempt to do this, but I don't know if they will accept that. What they're looking for is a picture ID with your name and address on it. ☐ TAXI / UBER: If you are going to be using a Taxi or Uber to get from the airport Or the border, to My Rental and would like to have a reference of somebody that is reliable and honest, please contact me directly. ☐ TIME OF ARRIVAL: One week before your check in date, I will contact you so we can talk about a time that we can meet so I can check you in, give you a tour, and give you the keys to your rental. ☐ KEYS & CODES: The keys and the codes to your rental will be given to you when I meet with you to check you in. ☐ SECURITY: To keep your But long ain't safe it is important that you keep the digital gates closed at all times.
