The Artist's Cabin @ Sanctuary St. Andrews

The Artist's Cabin sits near the edge of the Bay of Fundy and offers breathtaking views of the Bay, Kilmarnock Head, and Ministers Island. Located about 8 minutes from St. Andrews, it is within easy reach of extraordinary restaurants, grocery stores, a lively arts scene, great cafes, a world-class golf course, and amazing outdoor adventure opportunities including kayaking, hiking, and whale watching. The views will take your breath away and the local people will welcome you with open arms. The space The Artist's Cabin is a small cottage on the ocean with 2-3 km of beautiful oceanfront, forest, and meadow trails to walk. Secluded but only a short drive away from the town of St. Andrews. Please note: The Artist's Cabin was moved in the winter of 2024 and now sits on a new foundation located a little over 100 ft. from the water. The cottage has received a range of updates and upgrades but appears almost identical to its previous iteration though has a larger deck and is set back from the ocean. The listing images include a photo of the cottage’s previous location that shows a pin noting its new home in the meadow about 200 ft away from its previous location. We will be adding new photos as the work progresses. Guest access Feel free to use all of the trails below the upper meadow on the property. If you are driving, please do drive slowly since others use the trails for walking, biking, and stargazing.
