History buffs, nature lovers and people looking for relaxation will be pleased here. Very private! Small above ground pool (weather permitting) and hot tub for star gazing! Wi-Fi is available - Up to 2 pets allowed ($50/pet). Max number of guests for property use is 8. The space Beautiful serene setting, spacious yet cozy country home set on 10 acres! We provide everything for your time away from the big city. We make sure to have propane for grill, citronella tiki lights filled , ping pong table and foosball in outside covered area in order, clean linens, clean towels, a kitchen with fully stocked cooking supplies, all basic condiments, spices, supplies for coffee, wood for fires. Lots of space in the house for your group (max number 8) Short trail to seasonal running creek and waterfall. Sit back with your feet up on one of the 4 porches , Small above ground pool (weather permitting) and hot tub to sit out and star gaze. Huge inside fireplace and outside firepit - Enough wood for daily fire is provided. Wi-fi is available and good cell coverage for most carriers! Mountain living - if the sight of an ant, fly, spider or a mouse is going to ruin your vacation, keep in mind our house is located on a mountain, surrounded by woods . The privacy is a huge factor for why our place appeals to so many people, but that also brings with it the occasional pest. We keep our house as clean as possible without using crazy amouints of unhealthy pesticides. We have had very few comments (note our reviews) but we like our guests to know ahead of time that you may see a pest or two during your stay. We will continue to be diligent to minimize the critters - but this is mountain living! INCLEMENT WEATHER. Safety is a huge priority for us! Although it hasn't been typical during the last few winters, there is a possibility of snow/ice. If this occurs, the driveway could potentially be too dangerous to travel. If the driveway is unsafe to travel, we will inform guests as soon as possible and discuss their options. Guest access Entire 2700 sq ft of house (3 floors) on 10 acres to use , including pool and hot tub. We also have a game room which include ping pong, darts and foosball. We provide clean linens and bath and hot tub towels for each guest. Other things to note Our base rate is up to 4 guests. We charge a $25/night fee for parties over 4.
