Inside, the main living room is a cozy wood-burning Kiva fireplace, comfy seating and a large-screen TV for relaxed evenings. The sleeping layout is both generous and flexible: the primary suite features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the additional living space includes a queen bed, sofa bed, and trundle bed, comfortably hosting up to six guests. (For parties exceeding six guests, a $20 per guest, per night fee applies to accommodate extra linens and enhanced cleaning). The light-filled kitchen with gas cooking opens seamlessly to a covered deck and a spacious view deck beyond. Outdoors, soak in the hot tub or gather around the chimenea for a cozy evening surrounded by mountain air and unforgettable scenery. Guest access Our properties are self check-in and are set up on electronic keypads or lock boxes. Information in regards to the codes are sent to each guest after booking of the property. Guest(s) have full access of the home, yard, deck and parking space(s) unless otherwise noted. Other things to note Also, please note that there are surveillance and recording devices on the property - Cameras located on outside near entrance and on the back portal. No cameras are located inside the property. Trash and recycle pick up day for this residence is Monday morning at 8:00am. We please ask that if you are staying in the home on a Monday, that you please pull the bins to the curb for us. You can pull them out on Sunday evening or before 8:00 am on Monday morning. If for some reason you can't accommodate this, please let us know and we will send a staff member to do so. We do not provide coffee or any supplies. We don't provide any of the items needed to build a fire in the fireplace(s). You can purchase these items or fire logs at one of our local grocery stores or drugstores.
