A working ranch with horses, cows & sheep living on the property along with two old rustic barns and much more!There is adequate phone service at the property for most major cell phone carriers. We also offer a guest suite that could be booked separately. The space This property is a charming vintage farmhouse that sits on 50 acres with 3 acres of walnut tree and 7 acres of Deaver Vineyards grapes!! You can walk the 50 acre property, throw hay to the horses, visit the cows and your neighbors are the most popular wineries in the Shenandoah Valley wine country! To name a few: Helwig, Cooper, Borjon, Deaver, Karmere, Andis and many more. Guest access Explore the 50 acre property, head to the big read barn to throw a flake of hay to the horses then walk up to the rustic barn on the hill to watch the sunset. Other things to note The guest suite located next to the main house is also a vacation rental. We do rent both out to separate guests so it should be noted to respect the other guests and their space. We kindly request a quiet time after 10:00pm.
