Welcome to "Craig Bay Waterfront Condo" situated on one of the nicest waterfront properties on Vancouver Island! The condo is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to be close to the ocean. It is wheel chair accessible and has direct ground floor access to the water, walking trails and gardens. Guests also have access to the indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna and exercise facility as well as the gorgeous outdoor hot tub area! The space The condo is on one of the best spots at Pacific Shores Resort. The ocean and view is spectacular from inside or on the patio/lawn area. Everything is wheel chair accessible. There are two units combined. The space is over 1400 square feet so it is spacious. There is a large "open" kitchen-dining-living area with easy access to the outdoors. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as laundry room. There are two "sofa-couches" for up to 8 people to sleep. There is a garage for one vehicle and extra guest parking close by. Also, an added bonus, by summer time there will be two paddle boards, two kayaks and a few bikes to use for free! Guest access Guests will be able to access the Resort facilities such as the large exercise room, indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, outdoor hot tub, outdoor bbq areas, walking trails and beach! There is also a restaurant/pub on site as well as a spa part of the resort! Currently the restaurant/pub is closed but they are offering take-out. This is due to Covid19. Also, presently the pool is open and hopefully the hot tubs will re-open in August. This will be dependent on how things are going with the virus in BC.
