During the winter, it is imperative that you enter the home thru the Garage door (There is a key pad that you enter in a code to open the door). Please remove ski boots and dust off any ice or snow before entering the home. There are racks in the garage for your shoes, jackets and gear. Other things to note No Pets allowed & No Smoking allowed. There is a Maximum allowance of 4 cars that can park in the driveway. No cars are allowed to park on the road or across the street.
