Eco friendly, we produce our own gas, water, and electricity, and it requires knowing exactly how many guests & visitors. Sleeps up to 27 guests utilizing a room at pool house. And 47 total. Please inquire for a quote if d # of guests is greater than 16, which is our base quote here. This is a private home/working bamboo farm & we appreciate clean, respectful people and well-behaved/supervised kids. The space Green resources, Cleveland, MO Timber frame constructed 100% eco lodge between Louisburg, Kansas, and Harrisonville, Missouri. Electricity produced by 53 solar photo voltaic panels, gas from a well & water purified and filtrated on the spot, ( for city folks, this means water without chlorine, LED lights and turning off devices when not in use, no waste, and we are ♻️ friendly. Some of our detergents and cleaning supplies are chemicals free, we use essential oils and bamboo oils, as well some of our linens are based on bamboo ultra soft hypoallergenic fibers House has all the essentials, cleaning products as napkins, paper towels, trash bags, and detergent we provide to keep you going only. Please bring extras with your groceries. Pond stocked with fish, lodge with large deck (built in grill for owners use only),outdoor living room and dining, stamped patio with a 12 person sectional couch, 2 dining tables for 6+4 and fire pit, timberteck secondary deck for formal outdoor dining and a concrete tile secondary patio with a pergola for yoga! Due to a disabling animal hair allergy with one of the owner family members : no pets or animals are allowed at houses, but inquire about the pet outdoor tiny house! Playground for kids. 2 creeks surround the house. You can't see any houses or a street from the lodge, as was designed in the center of the timber. If you like the convenience of the city: the closest one is Drexel, MO 5 to 7 minutes away: Louisburg, KS, and bigger cities are just 20 minutes away: Harrisonville, Belton, Missouri or on the west side Martin city , LEAWOOD and OVERLAND PARK , Kansas. Takes, by car, 35 minutes to the amazing PLAZA in Kansas city, SEVILLE DOWN TOWN REPLICA, THE AMAZING NELSON ATKINS MUSEUM, KEMPER CONTEMPORARY MUSEUM, Kaufman Center of Performing Arts,the biggest dinosaur museum in Leawood, KS: Prairiefire, SHOPS AND BOUTIQUES AS WELL AS GOOD DINNING in the plaza area! Airport approx 50' away. 2 huge pumpkin patches 5 to 15 ' away. Arrowhead stadium 48' and soccer complex at legends 40' away. Power and light district 35 to 40' for concerts, great entertainment, dining, Argosy, Capri island, and Ameristar casino(this one offers child care) from 35 to 45' drive. ARBORETUM with the new bronze sculptures exhibition just 10'. Excellent place for pictures and have a peaceful walk. Kids love this place! Also, have the POWELL observatory 6' away, by appointment only. The Siberian tigers zoo CEDAR COVE just 5' from lodge (small zoo). Somerset vineyards and Cider mill 10/12 'away. White wind vineyards 16' west of property. The house has a living /dining room, Kitchen with granite counter tops, state of the art professional appliances , Viking refrigerator, 6 burners Thermador stove (3rd oven non functional)with griddle and 2 working ovens in main kitchen : a microwave/convection oven and a regular size oven at lower level kitchen; dishwasher, central vacuum , a 20 feet stone see through electric fireplace (fireplaces downstairs is decor only), room with queen size bed and day bed, master bedroom king size bed with a day bed & master bathroom, a general full bathroom in main floor, on the second level an open attic/loft bedroom queen size and daybed with views to north and south of property, The access to this one is a very narrow spiral staircase, no suitable for elderly or kids (hotter than rest of house in summer , it has an independent air unit). an 8th room is at the pool house, has a queen bed, day bed, fireplace & charged independently. The lower level has a piano section with a baby grand piano, living room, poker table, kitchen bar with granite tops, electric cook top 5 burners, microwave, and oven. Workout space or gaming space, a non conforming bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a day bed, 2nd with bunk bed and a queen size bed, combo shower/tub bathroom, 3d bedtoom downstairs has a queensize bed and walk out to patio. Pool table/ping pong top combo. 2 extra bathrooms are at the pool house, 1 indoor, 1outdoor, this one is not operational when colder than 32 degrees. All beds have tempurpedic pads, and sheets are 5 star hotel quality 300 threads of bamboo fibers, goose feather pillows, professionally decorated as a modern lodge by Owner, Builder and Designer Iveth Jalinksy. Built in grill is not offered for guests. Welcome to bring your grill! Space for parking up to 10 cars on the side of the long driveway. For an animal habitat lover, this is the place, any amount of colorful birds, blue herons on the ponds daily, wild turkeys walking the property, ducks, turtles, squirrels, rabbits deer...lots of deer! Also,animals, we do not like that much: raccoons, garden snakes, and insects as well. Subdivision of 3 houses, pool house, tiny house, we could host up to guests in the 3 houses. Gated and fenced. House has security cameras outside the houses. Please be specific with the number of people staying, if we see more , will be discounted from deposit or stay will be canceled. NO Pets allowed in the houses. OWNER HAS A DISABLING REACTION, but we could host furry ones at our tiny house for a fee. We are 1 country block from KANSAS. 4 hours from the Oklahoma border. 4 hours from St Louis Activities: Playing in pond, swimming in indoor pool, bird watching, getting wet at creeks, fishing in summer, ping pong, volleyball, jogging, walking , camping, bbq outside, fire pit, billiard pool, poker, cards, chess. Croquet, chess outdoors. 1 1/2 blocks gravel road to property from D highway. Workers , land /pool caregivers or gardeners, and arborist are on property at various times up keeping property. Interaction is minimum, otherwise required! Secluded and quiet. Great spaces to enjoy the country! Disclosure to be signed by invitees releasing this property or owners from accidental claims. Children younger than 2 years old do not pay up to 2 children. 2 years + , yhe charge as adult. Phone service is good for Verizon and Sprint. Other carriers do not get good reception here. Internet is normal! Again, this is our family farm and we prefer clean, respectful guests, pool house is not a playground, please make sure your kids are not splashing walls, or windows with guns, swimming pool is for swimming only. We have neighbors also, and because you can not see them, don't mean they are not there. Not screaming or being loud outside, all of us love the peaceful and tranquil environment. Some of our South neighbors enjoy hunting, 180 acres away. Quiet time outside after 9 pm. We do not provide laundry detergent. Please bring extra cleaning supplies if you wish to use specific products or great amounts. We have a 2000 sq feet *Eco Cabin on Bamboo Farm in KS, MO* for up to extra 13 guests . Guest access Creeks, stocked pond, swimming pool, trails, grounds, patios, decks, docks, ice skating, sliding, biking, walking, house, bird watching, bon fires and fire pit activities (fire has to be supervised at all times, please bring firewood). ping pong table on top of pool table Pool is cleaned in the mornings . Other things to note Visitors (people invited by guests non sleeping in lodge)have to be disclosed and are charged $10 for 2-3 hours $20 for 4-5 hours.
