Comfy 3-Bedroom Home with Modern Upgrades

Have a relaxing stay in the upper floor of this updated bungalow in the charming Old South neighbourhood! This private unit comes with three bedrooms, each with super comfy beds for a restful sleep! The common areas are open-concept to give your group space to sprawl out. There are large counters and a big bar height dining table for your family meals. Feel free to enjoy the backyard patio and BBQ. This place is perfect for your family visit or business trip! The space The living room TV comes with Netflix and Chromecast for nightly entertainment. The kitchen, my favourite room in the house, is fully equipped with your everyday cooking needs. The large quartz counters give room for the entire family to help with meal prep. The bathroom has a spacious glass shower with a teak wood stool. You may find yourself taking a longer shower than usual. The bedrooms have a double or queen beds. The smallest room has a double bed with an Endy mattress. The medium and larger bedrooms have queen beds with Endy and pocket-coil mattresses, respectively. There is also a high queen air mattress, which can be easily set up in the living room upon request prior to arrival. Each bed is dressed with crispy sheets and fluffy duvets. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space. Desks are provided for business travelers. The backyard features a large patio with lots of grass for your pets or kids to run around. Guest access The entire upper level of the bungalow is yours. The basement is a separate unit. Other things to note For pets, we ask for an extra $25 per pet per stay.
