The space Full use of our entire 3 floor house from late April to December (30 day minimum due to municipal requirements). Great view of Blue Mountain from house and deck. Newly added - fencing to enclose entire backyard making it more dog friendly. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Our house is wired for audio with two main TVs offering Rogers cable and one master having a Roku/Netflix enabled tv. Gas/hydro/water Utilities have place holder costs of $50 per built in (overages will be charged according to use) Extra cleaning fee for pets. Open staircase may not be suitable for young kids.
