Fire pit with comfy Adirondack seating! Hammock (seasonal) will not be out if it’s cold or if rain is forecasted during your reservation. Private master bathroom with Bluetooth fan. Connect any Bluetooth device to play music while you shower/get ready by switching fan on and connecting to “DeltaBreeze.” USB charging ports in every bedroom. No need to try to locate a wall socket, just plug in your usb cord for convenient charging! Full kitchen access with stainless steel appliances, and more! Condiments are stocked and available to all guests to help themselves! (Guests are required to replace anything that you use - outside of condiments.) Guest access Full access to laundry room with washer and dryer. Guests provide their own laundry detergent. Private bathroom in master. Private hot tub access in fenced in backyard under newly covered pergola! All users of hot tub MUST wear appropriate swim attire. Regular clothing of any kind is NOT allowed in the hot tub. Wearing inappropriate clothing in the hot tub causes damage to jets and filters due to contaminants in fabrics. Fibers of fabric can also clog the jets and filters. I have to drain, clean and refill the tub whenever inappropriate clothing is used in the tub. The fee for that will come out of your deposit. What is Included? Full kitchen access stocked with stainless steel appliances, blender, waffle maker, etc. 1 roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom. Guests are responsible for providing additional rolls if needed. Extra towels, washcloths, body soap, toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoo & conditioner, extra blankets, blow dryer, iron, etc. Google home downstairs - just say “ok google” and ask a question or make a request such as “turn on the couch,” “turn on the entertainment center,” etc. Have it play Spotify, tell you a joke, tell you the weather, etc. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key issued to you for the duration of your stay. Lots more, just ask! Other things to note I reserve the right to charge a damage deposit of up to $200 for any reservation, as a secure transaction via Airbnb. The deposit is non refundable if any damages or loss occurs or if any houses rules are broken. Depending on the severity of the damages you could be liable for more. You would also be responsible for cleaning up any pet feces and/or excessive trash on the property. Failure to do so will result in the loss of a portion or full deposit, depending on circumstances. Parking is only allowed on the street and in the driveway and is limited as this is a small neighborhood. Parking in grass is not allowed. If you choose to book this property and a deposit applies it will be due no later than one week before check in. If it is not paid the reservation will be canceled and you may be eligible for a refund under the terms of the cancellation policy. Absolutely NO: Parties Smoking anything inside (to include vapes) Parking on grass Flicking butts (use ashtray) Flushing anything other than toilet paper Using the hot tub without the appropriate swim wear (no regular clothing) Manipulation of any outside security camera (to include touching, turning off electrical power to, or restricting the cameras functionality in any way.) Failure to follow these rules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If hot tub is left dirty due to negligence the deposit will be withheld as cleaning/refilling fee. If pots are pans are damaged the full cost will be taken out of your deposit. First aid kit located in cabinet in master bedroom bathroom. By reserving this property the guest accepts full responsibility for self and guests (if applicable), and further release and discharge the host for injury, or damage arising out of their own or their guests use of or presence upon the property. Lock your car doors! The property is located in a great neighborhood however you can never be too cautious these days. House rules must be acknowledged and consented to in order for the host to honor your stay.
