Welcome to our beautiful lake house located at Daisy,Ark just 300ft from Lake Greeson nestled in the foothills of the Quachita Mountains.The lake is directly across the street from our home.You can launch your watercraft toys at Self Creek Boat Ramp which is less than one mile from rental.Bear Creek Trails are located less than a mile from the property at the entrance of Daisy State Park.There are 31 miles of trails that begins at DSP and travels near Kirby Landing and Bear Creek recreation area The space No Smoking Must be 25 years to rent.Renter 25 yrs or older must accompany all guest 24 yrs or younger. Person booking property must accompany other guests. NO PETS ALLOWED. If you bring a pet there will be a $250 non refundable charge. Ring System. No Loud Music. Quiet time 10PM till 8 AM. Our house is not available to renters that want to use our house as a party place i.e. Loud Music, Drinking and disturbing the neighbors. This is a neighborhood environment. Please be honest about the number of guest. No other guest are allowed on the property without permission from host. FYI Pike County is a dry county. Free WI-FI included in your stay. Our home is a two story 2500 sq ft,3 bedrooms,2.5 baths.Master bedroom is downstairs with a king size Sleep Number Bed no TV in master. Upstairs queen with bunk beds and TV. King with queen and a twin bed &TV. Half bath is located downstairs. All rooms have ceiling fans.Open concept kitchen with a long bar/island six bar stools,living room with TV, dining area. Washer/dryer,all kitchen appliances.Fully stocked kitchen,bed linens, towels. Pool table/air hockey,board games, cards. Front and back porch have swings,ceiling fans, plenty of seating, gas grill.Please Do Not grill under porch due to fire/smoke issues.Back yard is fenced. Fire pit in the back yard. When reserving please be accurate with the number of guest that will be staying.There is an additional $20 charge per night for each guest over 6. Maximum guest is 10. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home. The detached garage and storage building is not available for guest use. This house is not handicapped assessable. Ring door bell located by front door. Other things to note Crater of Diamonds State Park 23 miles to Murfreesboro, Ar. One of the only places in the world where the public can search for real diamonds in their original volcanic source.Park is a 37 acres plowed field, the eroded surface of a volcanic crater, for a variety of rocks, minerals, and gemstones.Any rock or mineral found is yours to keep. Hot Spring, Ar is a tourist haven. For adults Horse Racing for the kiddos Magic Springs Theme and Water Park. Great for kids of all ages as well as adults. The water park is included in the entry price. Concerts throughout the season. Also there is hunting in this area. No hunting dogs allowed to stay at this listing.
