The water is 300' away when the lake is full. 2,500 sq/ft living space plus large laundry area and 400 sq/ft of Game/TV Room. One master suite with king bed with on-suite, one bedroom with king bed and one room with two queen beds. 2 pull out couches that turn into queen beds. Boat launch .2 mile away. Parking 8 cars/boat & trailer. The space One of the closest houses, to the water, on Shasta Lake. Unobstructed views and access to the Lake. Less than 2 Miles to restaurants, bars, gas stations and food stores. The Sugarloaf lunch is 0.2 miles away. 40 Minutes from Shasta Ski Park. Guest access 3 bed rooms, dinning room (can seat 14 people if the kitchen table is added to dining table), double living room, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, lower game room, and laundry room. The upper two bed rooms and bathroom can only be accessed by a sturdy spiral staircase. See pictures. Other things to note No parties or events are allowed. Exceptions can be made with the owner in writing. Additions of $50 fee/night for all documented service animals. $50 per animal. Shasta Lake is a reservoir, and the water level is control by the Federal Bureau of Land Management. Please check out the water level to ensure the lake level, for the maximum use of the lake. Winter, spring and early summer, the water level is the highest. The water level is low currently.
