The home is located in a very cute and safe gated community in Kissimmee, 11 miles from Disney World, with many amenities including: 4 pools, a gym, spa, tennis court, beach volleyball court, a lake, clubhouse, two playgrounds for the little ones and much more! Right beside Medieval Times and The Loop, where you can shop until you drop while your kids are at the parks! :) The space Beautiful master suite on the first floor, with a California King size bed and master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The living room is furnished with 2021 newly purchased queen sofa couch and armchair. Also on the first floor is a beautifully upgraded dining room and kitchen, complete with a 50" smart TV where you have full access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, news and sports channels as well as music apps like Pandora. There is a full kitchen with every utensil you'll need to create meals any time of day. On the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom and separate vanity. One guest room fits 3 people very comfortably, with a bunkbed: a full-size mattress for two people down below and a twin on top. The other guest room has a queen bed, fitting other 2 people. Guest access Venetian Bay Villages is a community full of white picket fences, friendly sidewalk trails, numerous pools and a clubhouse that rivals any major resort. It is located only minutes away from the restaurants and attractions on the 192 Highway.
