Thank you!** The space Beautifully renovated 3000sq/ft, 4 bed 3 bath cottage in quiet Dawsonville Lake Lanier neighborhood. Parking is available for up to 6 cars. The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and lake views from the center island. On main level you will find 2 bedrooms, both with King size beds. Master on first level with amazingly renovated master bath with "wet room" shower/freestanding tub combination and over 100 year old barn doors. Master provides view of lake with private access to deck with seating for your morning coffee. Dining room opens to kitchen and seats 10-12 and offers views of water. Main level living room with large flat screen TV and plenty of seating. Expansive upper deck overlooks the lake and faces undeveloped land full of deciduous trees ready to deliver their seasonal bursts of color. On lower level you will find 2 more bedrooms. A second master with a king sized bed with it's own access to the lower level deck and views of the lake. The second bedroom is for the kids with a set of Full over Full bunk beds with a twin trundle underneath. Another living room is also downstairs with it's own large flat screen TV. In addition you can spend your evenings belly up to the bar with your friends and family as you watch the game on the bar TV or just enjoy playing a game of foosball. Just outside the bar you can slip into the spa/hot tub. Enjoy a short, FLAT, lighted walk to the private double decker party dock. Upstairs you can have your fun in the sun. Downstairs you can park your boat in the covered boat slip, or enjoy some shade and a swim from the lower lounge area. Rental comes with use of 4 kayaks for exploring the cove and lake!
