Open and bright home with amazing lake views from almost every room. Located in the wonderful community of April Sound. This lakeview, steps from the water rental is for the entire house. It has a full kitchen, large dining table with 4 chairs and a large bench that can sit 3 adults or 5 kids comfortably. The living room has brand new, large sectional couch, swivel comfy chair and an additional loveseat for extra seating. 55 inch wall mounted TV in living room with Firestick for streaming all your movie apps. 32 in Roku TVs in the Primary bedroom and the “kids/2nd master” room has a 32 in Smart Samsung. The Primary bedroom also has an en-suite with a walk in shower and a full bath in the hall off the secondary bedrooms. Our home is located in a small cul-de-sac in the April Sound Community on the water. *Pool and golf amenities available at additional cost paid directly to April Sound Country Club. Fitness Center and Restaurant/Bar inside community too. The rental is for the entire house. Guests are welcome to call or text for any questions. We want our responsible guests to fall in love with our lake home so they want to come back again and again, making family memories. April Sound is a peaceful community that has lake access with wonderful playgrounds to enjoy. Community has wonderful streets, some with hills to walk to get your steps in. Peaceful walking on the front greespace allows one to take in the beautiful views. Parking is right in front of townhome, extra parking just steps away at the main road. Holliday weeks(ends) require 3-4 night minimum, depending on holiday, $250.00 per night min. Please message for availability, as calendar may be open on platform but dates not available for personal use. Dog Fee is $100.00 and must be paid with reservation. Undisclosed pets will result in deposit being forfeited.
