Guest access Entire home, both units within the home, no other guests will be in the building as you are renting the whole house and building. Other things to note Parking area is tight for 2 cars plus another in the driveway. Street parking is free and easier! Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the no smoking in the house rule is broken. Please smoke everything outside. No loud music or noise in the yard after 8pm please, this is a residential area.
