Providence Community Recreation Facilities Use Policy for Short Tern Rental Guests, effective May 1, 2024: Each short-term rental guest will receive 1 complimentary use of community pools and fitness center during their stay. For additional use, a $10 per day usage fee applies per guest. Any children under the age of 16 will be exempt from the fee and must be accompanied by an adult. This fee will only apply if rental guests decide to use the community pools or gym. There is no cost to use the other ammenities such as tennis courts & playground. An optional weekly pass for $40 per guest can also be purchased instead of paying the daily rate. Weekly pass holders will be provided with a color wristband for weekly use.
