This villa will make you think you booked a vacation in Florence. This Tuscan Villa has a private courtyard with a heated pool and patio. Whether you want to enjoy a day by the pool or invite some friends to wine and dine. This villa will have it all. Events possible if approved. Please inquire! There are 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom are located in a separate suite next to the pool. The downstairs area includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen overlooks both the dining area and living room so you will always be able to entertain your family and guests. Florida nights don't often ask for a fireplace but if you want to add some romance to your stay there is a fireplace located in the living room. The master bedroom and bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The upstairs area has 3 additional bedrooms and full bathrooms. There is a lounge area and a walkway that overlooks the living room on the second floor. The pool area has a large pool deck with pool loungers. Pool settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($30/daily), please notify at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee 84 degrees. Pool Heat is set to 84 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 65 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. I believe that personal availability by the host is crucial to a great experience. I, therefore, try to check-in my guests personally when possible. Because of my extensive knowledge of the area I love to share my tips and tricks. I am available for my guests during their stay for all questions and remarks. Reunion Resort is great golf resort that has a very exclusive and luxurious feel to it. It is a gated community so you will never run into a lot of traffic anywhere in this neighborhood. It's ideal for an evening stroll or a morning run. You can easily do your jogging without even having to leave the property. This property does not have access to the waterpark, golf or clubhouse. The villa is located just of I4 and 429 which brings you right to all major attractions. Disneyworld is a 10-minute drive and you will be able to get to Universal and Seaworld in 20 minutes. The property has dining facilities but all the major dining areas are only a short drive away.
