Parents, home is located on a non through- traffic section of the community. Minimal traffic out front for kids to play without worry of cars. Fully equipped kitchen with full washer/dryer. I have a 2nd home one door over if you need more houses called Pink Pearl. King 2 has space for cribs and toys and is a sleep number bed. Feel free to play with the firmness. Large open living and dining area and a picnic table and grill on the back patio. Large fridge and full kitchen with implements if you are wanting to cook. Resort Amenities: You have usage of all the facilities of the Maravilla Resort, the clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center, basketball and the two pools. We have a private beach access with on site beach chair and umbrella rentals. HOA does not allow tents on the beach but you can rent from vendors or buy your own and bring them out there. You are in a gated and patrolled resort with a strong HOA presence. There are a few rules that must be followed but their biggest concern is parking. Two spaces only at the house in the driveway but more parking at the end of the street or anywhere around the condo lots to the South. HOA does not allow trailers, scooters or golf carts in the homes and no on street parking. I am a local and can be contacted during the stay. Normal business hours please. Our home is within the Maravilla gated resort which is ideally located right on Old Hwy 98, the Beach Road! Even better, we have our own private and gated beach entrance just 343 yards away. We are just three miles or less from Destin Commons which is a shopping and entertainment complex with 14 AMC Cinemas, boutique shops, restaurants and bowling lanes and Walmart and other Big Box stores. There is a splash area for kids in the pool and a hot tub for the adults. This is a nice place to unwind after a day at the beach. Two miles east of Maravilla is Silver Sands, a 110 store designer outlet. World class golf courses are within 1-5 miles of the resort. Numerous local restaurants that serve great seafood are within short walking and driving distance. For your grocery needs, Whole Foods, and Publix are within 2-3 miles and Fresh Market and Walmart are just 3 miles from the resort. For the adventurous, kayaks, paddle-boards and boogie boards are available for rent at the beach. We have two pools, tennis courts and other amenities at the clubhouse. Parasailing, jet ski and pontoon boat rentals are nearby and a local vendor rents chairs and umbrellas on the beach. There are plenty of things to do in Destin for any age and interest. HOA can levy fines if left out by the street. Non smoking, $ 250 fine for smoking inside. Check out time 10 AM.
