Built in 1814, the Samuel Church Estate blends historic charm with modern updates, including a new kitchen, bathrooms, and central air/heat. The space Samuel Church Estate is owned and operated by Kristin and Adam of Sakonnet Farm & Stays. We have been hosting in Tiverton & Little Compton for 15+ years. This is a beautiful 200+ year old home with some of the original details such a built in cabinets and original windows with historic wavy glass. There are wide plank hardwood floors, eight fireplaces, and a beehive oven. The kitchen had been updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bluetooth sound system. All the bathrooms are also new with two walk in showers and a relaxing soaking tub. Winter monthly rate does not include utilities, please reach out to discuss prior to reserving.
