Great Vermont country home within a short walk to town. Vergennes has lots of great restaurants, shops and a quaint little park to enjoy the outside in. Vergennes offers live music in some of our local pubs on the weekends. We are just a 15 min ride to Middlebury, 35 minute ride to Burlington, 20 minutes to Shelburne Museum, a short hour drive to some of the best ski resorts We are also 10-12 minutes away form Basin Harbor Golf course. Perfect for skiers, Golfers and leaf peppers!! The space The house does show an attached garage however the garage is private and not available for use . The house includes an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and livingroom all together. It has a gas fire place to enjoy on the cool nights in the livingroom. Upstairs Bedroom 1 has queen bed with attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 has queen bed and a crib. Bedroom 3 has a full bed. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Bedroom 5 is on main floor with a full We do have some children toys here **The basement, garage and the shed are NOT available for use.** Guest access Our Home offers a large back yard with a patio and fire pit along with a grille for cooking dinner on. We also have a large front porch which is great for relaxing on after a long day Other things to note We do have a nest doorbell on the front porch- no burning any candles inside the house
