Our 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage in the heart of the West Sonoma wine country is perfect for one or two couples or families. Large fully equipped kitchen,formal dining area, living room. Lovely outdoor spaces. Dining on the deck is a guest favorite. There are 3 tree-filled acres with plenty of wildlife.The ocean, great restaurants, hiking, wineries are a short drive. Permit# 679N For people needing a level indoor space with easy access to lovely outdoor relaxation, our place is perfect. Our rental is a full house which our family also enjoys when not booked by guests so we have furnished it both in and out to be comfortable for long or short stays. It has a very open feel in the living area and the two bedrooms are quite separate from each other. Please note that the master bathroom has clawfoot tub with a handheld showerhead. The main bath has a stall shower. Guests have access to the whole house and the extensive grounds. While I do not live at the property my caretaker and I are close by and available if you need to contact someone. The cottage up a driveway from a road that has small farms, a winery and mostly single family homes on acreage. There is a small country store and a great restaurant about a half mile away. The private yard close to the house is not fenced but well defined and there are paths leading to the forest. You can enjoy the privacy but you are not far from winetasting and the town of Sebastopol. Evenings can be chilly any time of year so bring a jacket.
