This property is my favorite Airbnb renovation so far. My inspiration was the colors of the Crystal Bridges Museum. I hope you’ll enjoy the reproductions of famous Artists along with just fun and colorful paintings. If your looking for more than a Hotel room, a work of art, a home to enjoy, this is your place. The property took over a year to renovate and update and turned out better than I imagined. The Home has "Feng shui", from the moment you walk in the door. The space This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home (app 1200 sqft), with gas fireplace that is running October through March, 2 car garage, back deck with additional screened deck area. . The first bedroom has a king size bed with and private bath. The second bedroom has a bath right outside the room with a queen size bed. Both rooms have their own desk for the business traveler, complete with make-mirrors :). Guest access My guests have access to the whole house and 2 car garage. Other things to note The Melanie House is 19 miles from XNA, 7.5 miles to Bentonville square, 9.1 miles to Crystal Bridges and 33 miles to University of Arkansas. We host a sister Airbnb property, The Oliver House, that is located across from Razorback Stadium . We offer free parking during a Razorback game to our guests of The Melanie House.
