Stand in the kitchen and look out the large picture window to the playground across the street, historic church steeples, and beautiful tree covered hills in the distance. All of the major hospitals in the Eugene-Springfield and Cottage Grove areas are within a 15-25 minute drive. Guest access This is a single family cottage which includes three bedrooms, open floor living / dining / kitchen, bathroom, and mudroom with large capacity washing machine and dryer. There is a fenced front and back yard and a carport that will fit multiple cars.
