WINTER GUESTS may need to shovel snow by gate; shovels provided. The space Enjoy watching Deer graze along the perimeter fence or the Wild Turkeys stroll by, while Bald Eagles may be seen soaring overhead. The property is secluded and quiet and peaceful, so you can leave your busy city-life behind. Charcoal BBQ Grill, Picnic Table, and Fire Pit for your use (BYO charcoal & starter) navailable during fire season, which varies based on weather). The kitchen has full-size appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, in addition to microwave and drip coffee maker. Notes: BBQ Grill: BYO Charcoal and Starter (or bring newspaper and use Charcoal Chimney to start the charcoal). Fire Pit: May be unavailable during Fire Restrictions. WINTER GUESTS: Snow shovels provided; you may need to shovel the front porch and the area by the gate. It's part of Winter in North Idaho. If you're unable to shovel snow, then please don't book our property during Winter months as we are unable to shovel for you during your stay. Thank you. Guest access You'll have dedicated parking that is just for the Cottage, along with your own yard space, and picnic table and charcoal grill that are yours to use. In addition, there is a shared fire pit, and seasonal garden from which you're welcome to sample any ripe fruits or vegetables. There are 10 wooded acres on the property that you can explore. Parking for 2-3 vehicles. Maximum 3 vehicles allowed at any time, including visitors. Other things to note WINTER GUESTS: Snow shovels provided for you to shovel front porch and possibly the area by the gate to keep it from icing over. We have a contracted snowplow to clear the driveway after 4" of snow.
