Relax and Enjoy spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez from the Living Room and Balcony of this Cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home in a private, secured own cul de sac. with security surveillance cameras on the outside. The home is within walking distance to the beach, the supermarket and other shops, has Internet access, central air and ceiling fans thru out the home. The space The place is ideal for 4 to 8 people but if additional person is necessary bring your own air mattress and linen. You can even set a tent in the beach sand area in front of the house. Bring your own. Thank you. Guest access Guest have access to all the amenities of the house upstairs, the covered patio, with chairs and tables, a charcoal BBQ grill upstairs and a propane gas downstairs when the host is on site. You have access to the gated and fenced front yard to park your vehicles except in front of the garage driveway if host is onsite. The place has a TV but no local service and TV can only be accessed using a Firestick (provided, unless you can bring your own device as your firestick, apple TV, etc. ) and if a few steps you can be watching 1000's of channels world wide as it is connected to WIFI. If you have your Netflix, Hulu or other services you are able to connect through you account in a breeze. Other things to note El Golfo De Santa Clara has lots of sandy roads and even tough the has been little problems in getting stuck, It is a good idea to drop the air to the tires to 60% or have a 4x4 wheels drive vehicle. Depending on the weather the road to the property sometime gets sand accumulation in some spot but still able to go through. If drive a two wheel drive sedan you may want be careful unless you took air out 60% or more. There are plenty of places that offer AIR and even the Pemex cross the property has free AIR (as of this writing). WATER: As mentioned earlier Water Supply to the house is with a Tank of 1050 liters and delivered with a pressure pump. Water supply from the street is very weak and during big Holidays like the Semana Santa for example all village during the day has very little distribution of water to None as the population increased to 3-4 times and everyone is trying to use the water in addition to the fisherman's , so be cautious using the water and conserve, PLEASE avoid on using the WASHING MACHINE or at the very least limit it to ONE wash Only x day otherwise if more you will be risking to be out of water for shower and dish washing and have to wait until later in the day when the water pressure from the street regain momentum and fill very slowly the tank which can take several hours to do. Other then this you can still have plenty of water if you are conservative and still able to get in and out and enjoy the Beach, the sea, the village, the food and the atmosphere of a Fisherman's village on a Fiesta week or week-ends.
