Guest access Guest have access to the entire house. This also includes uncovered off-street parking behind the house. The private parking lot is 22ft by 17ft with additional 19ft cross street to the garage door of my neighbors. I have no problem to park and back off my Grand Cherokee L in one move. It would be difficult to park big truck, like F-350 or two cars. Other things to note We provide complimentary drinks (Bottle Water, Soda, Keurig Coffee Pot) Currently, TV only covers local channels. Guests need to login their own streaming TV accounts for more programs.
