The 25' x 15' saltwater pool is ready to swim in all year round. You can't beat the patio at night with outdoor fans to keep cool. Relax in the hammock swing with a glass of wine while you enjoy a homemade pizza cooked in our brick oven or grill steaks on the propane gas grill. Master bedroom features french doors overlooking the pool with full bathroom. There is also a large walk-in closet for you to store all of your belongings. Wake up to the sunrise in your king size foam mattress or full futon. Flat screen wall mounted TV for your entertainment. 2nd bedroom features window overlooking the pool, garden area and farm table. This room has two sleeping options a queen size foam mattress or trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. 3rd bedroom features a queen size foam bed and located close to the bathroom. A comfy and comfortable hideaway for kids or couples. Flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. 4th bedroom features a full size foam bed and a twin foam bed. This room also has a separate AC if the guests like the room a bit cooler. This is a rustic area that has a pallet wall and a barn door, and a 32" flat screen TV. Indoor laundry area has full washer and dryer along with the needed cleaning products to keep your wardrobe looking as fresh as the home. There is central AC that controls the whole home. This is a nest thermostat to use you simply press the face of the screen and adjust the temperature with the wheel. The thermostat is automated and will sense if anyone is home or not saving electric when no one is around. You will have access to the entire 2,000 sq. ft home including private salt water pool and backyard. Board games located in the living room for all ages. Streaming cable services including: Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Xfinty stream. Brick Oven is located outside by the pool. If you'd like to use ensure you pick up firewood for your adventure. Build fire about 1-2 hours prior to cooking pizza to allow it to fully heat. We recommend making multiple 12" personal pizzas, pizza screens are located in kitchen. Reach out if you need help using. Outdoor grill/BBQ is gas, please make sure to recover if using. We will be only a phone call away and can always provide guidance if needed. We will not physically be at the location. Home is located within walking distance to the infamous 'The Gardens Mall' and 'Downtown At the Gardens' including movie theaters, restaurants and shopping. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is only 11 miles away. A short drive can bring you to PGA National Resort & Spa - 3 miles, Juno Beach Pier - 3 miles, Roger Dean Stadium - 3 miles, Downtown Abacoa - 3 miles, Jupiter Inlet - 6 miles, Ball Park of The Palm Beaches - 7 miles, and Downtown West Palm - 10 miles. Uber and Lyft are both prevelant in the area and only take an average of 5 minutes to arrive at the location. Trirail is about 15 minutes south, while the new Brightline is nearby in Downtown West Palm. Taxis are also available and there is a good population of Turo, and Budget rental vehicles available in the area. Different fresh fruits grow in our yard year round - you can almost always find small bananas growing on our trees. Mangos in the summer months, lemons, limes, and papayas most of the year. Please only pick what you plan to eat as we have put hard work into growing these and hate to waste food.
