No pets pls The space The whole home is yours. 3 bedrooms one is a loft bedroom . All beds ( 2 full / 1 queen are new and high end pillow top. Also 2 high end electric air mattresses. House comfortably sleeps therefore 4 adults plus air mattresses for overflow of group. PLEASE READ: please report any issues or grievances immediately upon arrival so we can have a property manager on standby take care of your issues. Do not wait until the end of your stay. The house is in a sandy area being in the green heart of eastern Long Island. Therefore, there is a presence of ants around the house. We have an exterminator take care of a pre-season. If you see any sprinkling along the windows that is organic child dog friendly bait to keep the ants away. Do not remove or complain that it is not clean. Please read. Please keep in mind behind the House is a separate private secured bolted caretakers attached closed apartment ( no access to house)who occasionally is home yet has separate entrance and gateway His name is Mike, super friendly guy , a relative who works for the town. SHARED pool ( like a hotel) Do not book if this is an issue. !! Again..the house is fully yours and private. Private deck/ bbq/ back yard/ entrance. I travel for work internationally and have piece of mind for someone to be available for any questions, help or emergencies when I am out of country. Thanks Guest access Front door and backdoor. Lockbox on front door. Please call if any issues opening door. Other things to note There is an air conditioner in the master bedroom, a fan in the small bedroom. An air conditioner in the kitchen that cools also the loft bedroom that is above the kitchen. Upon arrival, turn on the air conditioner if it is not on to cool the loft from the kitchen . There is an old air conditioner in the loft that is built into the wall, which does not work and we left it there so that would not be a gaping hole Pool opens mid May thru end September .Big fire pit in yard to have a evening fire. Fresh mint grows in the yard for your enjoyment. 5 minutes from Baseball Heaven. Great shopping center 5 minutes away. Wonderful beaches 15-20 minutes away such as Smith point beach and West Hampton beach. Wineries on north fork 25 minutes away.
