One overlooking the ocean the other overlooking the marina. There is also a large patio area on the first floor. Downstairs you have 2 master bedrooms. Each master bedroom has its own private bathroom. Also on the same floor there is a laundry room with a washer & dryer. On the second floor you will have spectacular views off the sun setting over the ocean. You will also enjoy a full size kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker and Keurig. A full size living room with comfortable furniture, a big screen smart TV to wind down & relax after an active day. There is also a full-size bathroom to accommodate guests staying on the third floor.
