Go up the stairs and you’ll find a beautiful balcony to enjoy your coffee or cocktails on while you relax in the Florida sun. This unit has all the essentials and more for a private stay on the beach with friends and family. New floors, new windows, new kitchen countertops and appliances, new paint, new walk-in shower and bathroom vanity, all new linens and towels. We provide all towels, linens, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. Just bring your bathing suit! Guest access Entire 2nd Story Beach Cottage Other things to note This is a second story Executive Cottage with no elevator access. Parking is in front of the building for 2 vehicles only. PLEASE do not let the door slam, we have sensitive door locks that will malfunction if the door slams and you will not be able to get into your Cottage if that happens. Please be mindful that there may be high winds on the 2nd story and you will need to make sure the door closes gently by holding onto the handle when closing. We do not provide anything edible. There is no coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc! We do this to protect the health and safety of our guests. If you want these items you will need to bring them with you.
