This adorable cottage built in 1938 is only three blocks from campus and is in the best neighborhood in Lubbock! J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, Brulee Bakery, Good Line Beer Co, and a neighborhood grocery store are all just blocks away. Only one block from Tech Terrace park, which offers a great walking track. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, as is the laundry room. The space This house has a long single driveway that can accommodate two to three cars. One car can fit under the carport. The back yard is great with a picnic table for outdoor dining and a ping pong table for a little friendly competition. Other things to note Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood and parties are not allowed. We are also not a pet friendly property.
