The Santa Fe river is just a few steps from the back door of this comfortable roomy ranch. the house is over 2400 sq, ft. & less than 10 minutes from Ginnie Springs, Blue, Poe, & Rum Island, tubing or swimming. We have Kayaks and tubes available at the house for your use. The space We have a beautiful house; 3 bedrooms. Kitchen has all you'll need to prepare meals, and a nice grill down stairs. This is an awesome place to come relax! There is a Boat ramp close to launch a boat. Guest access We have a great Fire pit available ,dock & sitting areas all around the house. may bring folding chairs if you need them. Firewood is available; please only burn firewood while around the pit. We also have Frisbee Golf in the pasture area & horseshoes. Ping Pong Table. Other things to note We are about 10 miles from the nearest Grocery Store in High Springs. There are smaller stores closer. It helps to get some groceries prior to arriving at the House. Once you see our home, you'll want to relax & enjoy as much time at the house as possible! Please dispose of Cigarette Butts in the Trash. After 2 Guests, there is a $30 per person/per nite fee.
