One of a kind luxury lodge-style house with three suites for a maximum of six people. Rustic elegance coupled with modern eclectic design across 4,000 sq ft. It is an art & book filled home with a massive stone fireplace, soaring ceilings, & expansive windows. Beautifully appointed with mid-century furniture, antiques and art. Three private suites each with spa tubs and separate entrances, fireplaces and spa tubs. CHILDREN UNDER 13 ARE *NOT* ALLOWED IN THE POOL NOR POOL AREA. The space Ours is an architecturally spectacular, luxury oasis in the heart of wine country! Situated on a picturesque hilltop amongst mature oak trees, we are mere five minutes from the center of Paso Robles. Yet, once behind our gate, you’ll be transported a world away to a quiet compound that will envelop you in its tranquility. Numerous pathways and sitting areas spread across the 3.5-acre grounds with over 30 fruit trees and an extensive array of rare plants and vegetation. Deer, fox, and hawks flourish around you in the calming greenery. It’s as though you’ve entered your own secret garden. The golden light of day in the gardens, makes way to extraordinary sunsets, and finally the velvety black night sky invites the stars shine bright. Join us and relax in this unique oasis in Paso Robles! The large swimming pool, framed by magnificent boulders and fed by our well, includes a separate shallow area with built-in seating for relaxing. The pool is not heated. However, the shallow area only can be heated and used as a spa for an additional $150 per day (for approximately a three-hour period). The remainder of the grounds and swimming pool is shared with three other guest suites, among two other buildings on the three-acre property. Our house is filled with art, original photography, books, and collectable furniture. Enter through the gorgeous, carved wood doors into the expansive, spherical living room boasting floor to ceiling windows of breathtaking views. Your eyes will flash from the soaring interior space highlighted by massive redwood beams to the huge, handcrafted fireplace constructed of large river stones. You will immediately want to fall into the inviting couch and take it all in, read a book from the library, or Bluetooth some of your favorite tunes to the high-end Altec Lansing speakers. Moving further into the space there is a fully appointed kitchen overlooking oak trees. The kitchen is equipped with all full-sized appliances and ample counter space. The generous kitchen space is well stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils that you will need to host your group’s meals comfortably. Create your sumptuous meal and enjoy it at the sprawling dining room table that seats 12 and can be expanded to fit your entire group. Or take it al fresco to the outdoor dining tables and BBQ kitchen made of stone. Branching off from the belly of the house, are the 3 private, ultra-luxury king suites. Each suite has a private entrance, an ultra-comfortable king-sized bed with fine linens, fireplace, and luxurious bathing facilities. #1 CARLO MOLINO SUITE This suite is inspired by the Italian architect and designer Carlo Molino. Find yourself situated on the second floor with a limestone spa-tub and an additional sumptuous oversized two-station bench shower. View the grounds from the gorgeous wrought iron balcony or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. The suite is accessed via an outside stairway on the side of the lodge. #2 MARIA SABINA SUITE The Mexican mystic and poet Maria Sabina is the inspiration for this second-floor suite. Take in the view of ancient oaks from the in-room spa tub that opens to a lovely wrought iron balcony. There is a separate limestone shower. Relax in an original leather Eames chair in front of the fireplace. The suite is accessed via an outside stairway on the side of the lodge. #3 OCTAVIO PAZ SUITE This suite finds inspiration from the romantic Mexican poet Octavio Paz. This ground-floor suite has a sitting room filled with art and antiques, French doors, and a cozy fireplace. It opens to a private balcony that overlooks our fruit tree garden. Relax in the large claw foot tub or sit in the expansive, 3 fixture, skylit limestone shower. Surrounding the gorgeous house, you will find a shady breezeway perfect for reading, chatting, or tasting wine. There is an upstairs view veranda with hammock perfect for an afternoon charcuterie and glass of Rosé. Every corner that you turn around the Lodge there is a special space created for your relaxation and enjoyment. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the Lodge home, with threeu luxury suites, living room, kitchen, dining room, private balconies, private patios, and breezeways. The remainder of the grounds and swimming pool is shared with three other guest suites, among two other buildings on the large property. We are a self-check-in vacation rental. Once you have a confirmed reservation you will receive an email with your check-in details. Other things to note We are a dog friendly property, for all dogs 20 pounds and under. We love dogs and want to share our property with your whole family, fur-children included. All doggy waste must be immediately collected and disposed of in trash cans by the pet owner. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $100 per dog per stay. In event of unusual damage caused by the dog, the dog owner will be charged accordingly. Under no circumstances may dogs be left unattended on the property. In the event a dog is left unattended on the property or in the accommodations, a nonnegotiable fee of $500 per dog per incident will be charged. No cats, rabbits, or other animals please.
