“our little checkered past” No clean/tax fees.

Built in 1900 this home was built as a duplex and remains as such. After many owners I purchased the home some years ago for long term renting. After much dissatisfaction with renters and allowing it to sit empty for a few months , It is now converted to short term, and ready for guests. It is within walking distance to the beautiful city park, area restaurants and shoppes. The backyard now has sitting with a table and fire pit. Enjoy! Boy if only the original walls could talk through their years of plaster, painting, wallpaper and more painting. Yes the original hardwood floors crackle and the steps to the second floor squeak. Decorated in black, reds, whites and a touch of gold all new furniture will welcome you with open arms. Lighting is all new carrying the same theme. It is ready. I still will be working on the back yard. As soon as the weather breaks, all new flowers and greenery will grace the front and rear yard. It is important to know that the bath is downstairs. Two bedrooms are upstairs shotgun style. Guest access Parking will be directly in front of the home and across the street. There are three steps to enter onto the front porch to front door. Back door has one step. You will have key code access to front and key for back. You will have a fully stocked kitchen of pots and pans for everything you will need to cook a great meal. I will have it stocked with coffee, tea, water etc. and the fixings. Salt, pepper, and a few things in the frig to keep you from needing to purchase. It will have window air, but a new forced gas furnace. I will add ac later. You will just need your food and clothes when you arrive. Other things to note This home does have wear and tear on the walls as the temps change. The layers of paper and paint is a constant to repair. Beth
